What happens after I send it?

Your request goes into our private project inbox. We review the details, ask any questions and come back to you by email. No work starts until the scope and quote are agreed.

Can I send a broken part?

Start with photographs and measurements. If we need to see the original object, we’ll arrange that with you.

My files are too large. What should I do?

Send the request without attachments and mention the file sizes. We’ll discuss a suitable way to transfer them.

Will my files be public?

No. Files are stored privately for reviewing your request and making your project. We don’t publish them in the portfolio without permission.
