I’ve read the privacy information and understand my details and files will be stored to handle this enquiry and any resulting order. I have permission to share the files.

We’ll review your request before quoting. Sending this form does not commit you to an order.

Ideas welcome

You don’t need all the answers.

Tell us what the item needs to do and where it will be used. We can help work out materials, design and how to make it.

Include measurements if you have them.
Photographs are useful for replacement parts.
Let us know if you’re working to a date.

What happens after I send it?

Your request goes into our private project inbox. We review the details, ask any questions and come back to you by email. No work starts until the scope and quote are agreed.

Can I send a broken part?

Start with photographs and measurements. If we need to see the original object, we’ll arrange that with you.

My files are too large. What should I do?

Send the request without attachments and mention the file sizes. We’ll discuss a suitable way to transfer them.

Will my files be public?

No. Files are stored privately for reviewing your request and making your project. We don’t publish them in the portfolio without permission.
