Project enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we receive the contact details, project description, preferences and files you choose to provide. We store this information privately and use it only to assess your project, prepare a quote, contact you and manage any resulting order, delivery, aftercare and required records. We do not use it for marketing.
Files and access
Uploaded files are kept in private storage, separate from public website images. Access is restricted to authorised people reviewing your project. Upload only files you have permission to share. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for the project.
Storage and service providers
The website host processes requests and stores enquiry records. Quote requests are also sent to hello@blocke3d.co.uk using Spacemail. These emails contain the details you provide and may include uploaded files as attachments. Larger files remain in the private inbox and are linked from the email. Information is retained only while needed to handle the enquiry, agreed work and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Basket and cookies
This website saves your basket in your browser’s local storage so it remains available between visits. Removing items from the basket or clearing this site’s browser data removes that saved selection. This version of the site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your choices
You can ask about the information we hold, request corrections, or ask for deletion where appropriate. Use the enquiry form and explain your request. We may need to confirm your identity before providing or changing information.
